Are you sure this is your first painted digital piece? Cause sure blows any of my older first digital attempts out the water in seconds (excuse the non intentional pun) What can I honestly say to even further enhance this masterpeice you made? Just about every aspect of this design looks and feels epic. The texture and colors really really stand out the most for this artwork, which in a way could be almost a bit too distracting but meh I don't mind . It got my attention and that's what counts. Pat yourself on the back you did a damn good job. Only thing I would say to even remotely add on to this is maybe possibly give the mermaid's body a more moist look cause seeing her on the dry land with almost no water droplets falling off her scales does kinda put into question to just how long she's been ashore. Seriously excellent job all around.
